Hi Lee Anne,
Thanks for the update. Chinook is developing quite nicely and is 3
weeks away from completing puppy kindergarten. Not to brag, but she is
the most advanced in the class. No small feat since she is also the
youngest. She has made a lot of friends and we continue to schedule
play dates at the local dog park (where she spends a lot of her time).
She has joined the sighthound gang and has quite the cult following. I
am also happy to say she responds to the white "bunny" (bag) with great
enthusiasm. We cannot wait to get her back on the course.
She just lost her last puppy tooth and has gained a great appetite. If
you remember, she was quire the petite eater in her first few weeks
here. She loves chicken wings and primal duck nuggets ..mmmmm.mmmmmm.
We have attached a few pictures for you, including a stack shot. At
least as good as we could do ourselves.
We are excited about the upcoming dog show and actually are curious as
to the requirements. We would like to consider entering Chinook but are
not quite sure how to train. Is it just gaiting, baiting, and stacking
for the puppy class? Regardless, it would nice to visit while you are
in NorCal. I am sure you would like to see Chinook.
We are glad to hear that all puppies are finding great homes. Funny
that you end up with Breeze. The Raptor litters look gorgeous! I hope
all is going well with the litter.
Again, we thank you for selecting us for Chinook. She brings such joy
to our lives every day. It has only been two months, but I cannot
imagine our life without her!
Hope you enjoy the pictures and feel free to post on your site if you
choose.
Thanks
